Instructions

Ingredients

  • 2 packets Knox unflavored gelatin
  • ¾ scoop 5150, Pink Lemonade
  • ¼ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Using a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly mix 5150, Knox gelatin, and cold water (the colder the better). You can use a hand whisk or a power hand-held mixer.
  2. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stop and mix well. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Using a turkey baster, food dropper, or small measuring spoon, fill your gummy molds.
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes. Then gently pop them out of your molds, and enjoy!
  5. Put any leftover gummies in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator.
  6. This recipe made 1 tray of 10 large gummies. That’s equal to 1 serving of 5150. If you make up 2-3 trays and consume 1 tray before your workout, you’re set for 2-3 workouts.
