In 1997, I found my passion for fitness and bodybuilding. I fell in love with the sport and never looked back. My dedication to this sport is body and soul. The life of a bodybuilder is dedication and patience. The evolution did not happen overnight; it comes with time.

Every single day, I am motivated to train and improve physically and mentally. I love to motivate other people to achieve the same goals. Fitness and bodybuilding is not just about going to the gym; it is a lifestyle and has been my way of life for the past 20 years. Everything I set out to do with my training, diet, and lifestyle choices is for the love of the sport.  

In 2010, I participated in my first fitness show in Brazil. After that show, I was hooked. In the years I lived in Brazil and then eventually moved to the United States, I have been a fitness coach focusing on nutrition and athletic preparation. In 2017, I was a competitor in the NPC National Bodybuilding Competition in California.

I am looking forward to more shows and the evolution of my career in the fitness world.
