I am an accomplished Fitness Competitor that graduated from Texas Tech University with a dual degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering. I am extremely passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and being a bodybuilder. Over the years, I have established myself as a competitive bodybuilder. I started competing in 2012 as a Figure girl and now in the Women’s Physique Division.
As a figure athlete, I earned a first place as early as my second show in 2014 at Lake Tahoe. Continuing to compete at several other figure shows, I began my transition into Women’s Physique winning 1st place in both shows during my Women’s Physique Division journey. However during 2017 Ferrigno Legacy, not only did I win my division, but I took home the overall title.
August 2018 I competed in Pittsburgh, PA for a chance at becoming a professional bodybuilder. That day I won first place and became a professional bodybuilder in the IFBB Pro League. With dreams, aspirations and a will to persevere, I love inspiring men and women of all ages to pursue their dreams.
As great as these achievements may seem, it definitely wasn’t always success. I began fitness after being very thin; I lacked self-esteem, I was insecure, and I wasn’t happy with my body. But I did something about it. Facing challenges, balancing bodybuilding, my career and personal life, I continued to strive and move forward. With the knowledge I’ve obtained over the years, I now take my experience to help motivate and educate people about living a healthier lifestyle. As a woman and someone who started bodybuilding due to lack of self-esteem and self-confidence, I believe deeply in feeling comfortable in your own skin, being healthy, but most importantly, in self-love.
