All Day You May Super Smoothie

All Day You May Super Smoothie

One of Rich’s favorite workout drinks was All Day You May and ice that was semi-frozen because he’d let it sit in the freezer for 20 minutes. What else can you do with All Day You May? As it turns out, plenty! We’ve made Gummies and Ice Pops. Now it’s time to make a delicious All Day You May Super Smoothie! It’s refreshing, super-healthy, and it tastes amazing! Anybody else would just add fruit and call it a day. But this is 5%, so we not only added 3 kinds of frozen fruit, we also added Real Carbs + Protein (Blueberry Cobbler). Here’s how we made it:

What 5% Nutrition Supplements Go Well With This Recipe?

We used unsweetened frozen fruit with a high antioxidant content. Not to mention, vitamin C. By adding Real Carbs + Protein to our All Day You May Super Smoothie, we turned this into an excellent post-workout shake. Use it as part of your 5% Workout Stack that should include the pre-workout of your choice (try 5150 Stick Packs) and Core Creatine for optimal results. Use All Day You May by itself as an intra-workout. If mass is your goal, pick your favorite 5% muscle builders. How about Turkesterone 1200 or Bigger By The Day? It can also be a great way to start the day, or a nutritious and refreshing treat anytime you’d like.
