Qualifications

✔ You are 18 years of age or older.

✔ You have 1,000 or more Instagram followers. Instagram followers must not be purchased/fake.

✔ Your Instagram account must be set to public viewing.

✔ Please include your inspirational story and why you want to be an Athlete or Ambassador of 5%!
