If you purchase our supplements, take them as directed on the label, and still don't feel any benefits within 60 days, we will give you a 100% refund of your purchase price of the product. A few simple questions, most of which has been automated to ensure your hassle-free customer experience.

We, Five Percent Nutrition, LLC, located at address 8285 Bryan Dairy Road, Suite 190, Largo, Florida 33777 ("we") extend this customer satisfaction guarantee to only those consumers ("you") who originally purchased the product directly from our website or another sales channel (e.g. Amazon, eBay, and Walmart) that we sell directly to consumers through using a verified or official 5% Nutrition reseller account.
Third-party purchases on these platforms do not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product including additional resellers and authorized distributors.
WHAT DOES THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE COVER?
This CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE covers all of the Five Percent Nutrition's Supplement Products listed below (the "products") for the satisfaction guarantee period as defined below.
WHAT DOES THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE NOT COVER?
This satisfaction guarantee does not cover any products due to: (a) improper use or (b) failure to follow the product instructions. This satisfaction guarantee covers any lack results due to use of the product, when used properly.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
This satisfaction guarantee starts on the date of your product purchase, or the date of delivery, whichever is later and not to extend longer than sixty five (65) days. (This is the "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE PERIOD"). The satisfaction guarantee period is not extended if we replace the product. We may change the availability of this customer satisfaction guarantee at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
With respect to any defective product during the satisfaction guarantee period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) provide the customer with a credit for the value of the product or (b) refund the purchase price of such product.
