What are the suggested directions for using Kill It Reloaded?
Mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of water and consume 30 minutes before training with or without food. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed more than one serving within 24 hours.

Kill It Reloaded is designed to optimize the workout experience, therefore it should only be used on training days. For energy on other days or other times of the day, try All Day You May® Caffeinated. It tastes delicious and will give you a great energy kick as well as help you stay anabolic which is ideal for recovery after a brutal training session.

Do I need to cycle Kill It Reloaded?
We suggest using Kill It Reloaded on a 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off program. During your 2 weeks off, we recommend Full As F*ck®, our over-dosed stim-free pump pre-workout.

Who can use Kill It Reloaded?
All users who are not experienced with high caffeine pre-workouts should test their tolerance to Kill It Reloaded by starting with ½ serving. Once tolerance has been determined, a full serving can be used.

What is the optimal training style for people taking Kill It Reloaded?
The ideal training protocol is medium to high volume, intense resistance exercise conducted 3-5 days per week using weights that are 70-85% of your one rep max, with set reps in the 6-12 range.

What do Beach Blast and Frostbite taste like?

Why is my Kill It Reloaded clumpy?
Due to the ingredients used to promote muscle pump and vascularity, this product can sometimes clump when stored even if the seal is unbroken. This does not reduce the effectiveness of the product and does not indicate a defect. To reduce the clumping, simply tap the edge of the product bottle on a hard surface 4-6 times and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. This should eliminate the clumping.
