Go ahead, and check out that ingredient breakdown. Notice that we’re using a completely transparent label. There’s nowhere to hide all 14 ingredients packed into this great formula, and you won’t find any proprietary blends here, either.

INGREDIENT BREAKDOWN

One bottle of Kill It® Ready-to-Drink Pre-Workout is equal to one serving (12 fl oz) and supplies the following:

Glycerine – 10,000 mg
This is also known as glycerol. This very popular ingredient is a sugar alcohol that functions as an osmolyte. It holds water and carries it into the muscle cells. Promoting water-based pumps works together with taurine, betaine, and the 2 nitric oxide boosters to create amazing pumps. It also promotes extreme hydration. This is a very serious dose, so you can imagine the pumps you’ll get from this ingredient. Especially combined with the other pump enhancers in this advanced formula!(1)

L-Citrulline – 4,000 mg
No doubt anyone reading this knows what citrulline does. This is a solid dose; even better, it’s pure citrulline. Some of those other brands dilute citrulline's nitric oxide-based pump benefits by using citrulline malate. Not us; you know we’re all about the pump!(2,3)

Beta-Alanine – 3,200 mg
This compound is well-known for its endurance characteristics and works indirectly to increase carnosine levels in the body. It’s carnosine that buffers lactic acid in the muscles, which in turn promotes greater muscle endurance.(4)

Taurine – 2,000 mg
You often see this in energy drinks and pre-workouts for their cognitive benefits. Taurine is also an osmolyte. As we have seen, this means it pulls water into your muscles for intense water-based pumps. Therefore, it works with citrulline, Nitrosigine®, Glycerine, and, as we’ll see, betaine for crazy pumps.(5)

Betaine – 1,000 mg
You may have heard that betaine is similar to creatine. One of the main things betaine does is function as an osmolyte, like taurine and Glycerine. Can you tell we were serious about pumps when we created Kill It® Ready-to-Drink Pre-Workout? Plus, betaine supports strength and power.(6)

Caffeine (Caffeine Anhydrous, Caffeine Citrate, Dicaffeine Malate) – 400 mg
Well, we all know the core function of caffeine, now, don’t we? With the pumps well covered by this formula, we had to give this formula a solid and balanced array of caffeine sources, including a slower-release version to help reduce the jitters and smooth out any caffeine crash.

Tripotassium Citrate Monohydrate – 196 mg
This is a source of potassium, the electrolyte mineral. It also acts as an emulsifying agent.(7)

L-Theanine – 100 mg
Here’s an ingredient that helps balance the harsh effects caffeine can cause. You’ll see this in most pre-workouts for that reason. It does this by acting as a relaxant, yet it does not cause drowsiness.(8)

Sodium – 100 mg
One of the primary functions of sodium is its role as an electrolyte. Besides hydration, sodium pulls water into the muscle cells, which promotes cell volume.

Potassium – 190 mg
Like sodium, potassium is an electrolyte mineral. The last thing you want when you work out is to be dehydrated. Good hydration is key to optimal performance.

Coconut Water Powder – 100 mg
A rich source of electrolyte minerals. Coconut Water Powder promotes and maintains hydration.

Sodium Citrate Dihydrate – 86 mg
This is a source of the electrolyte mineral sodium. It’s also commonly used to help improve the flavor by regulating tartness.(9)

Huperzia serrata Club Moss Extract – 10 mg
This ingredient helps increase focus, improve mood, and enhance memory.

After reading the label, one fact should be abundantly clear: 5% Nutrition is serious about dominating the Ready-to-Drink pre-workout market! Try a bottle or grab an entire case (12 bottles) one or both incredible flavors!
