  • 1 Scoop Real Carbs + Protein, Apple Cinnamon Flavor
  • 2 TBSP 2% Milk
  • 1 TBSP Apple Pie Filling per Crepe

  1. Crack 6 whole eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  2. Add almond flour, ¼ cup, and mix.
  3. Add Real Carbs + Protein, 1 scoop, and mix.
  4. Add milk, and mix completely.
  5. Heat your frying pan or crepe pan.
  6. Pour ¼ cup of mixture into the hot pan and spread by tipping the pan back and forth.
  7. Cook for 1 minute per side, or until each side is golden brown.
  8. Add 1 tbsp apple pie filling and roll up.
