  • 2 Packets Snack Time Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup maple syrup, sugar-free
  • ¼ cup chopped dry roasted peanuts, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper
  2. Squeeze Snack Time packets into a microwavable mixing bowl
  3. Add sugar-free maple syrup
  4. Whisk until well mixed
  5. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds and whisk until well mixed
  6. Heat another 20 seconds and whisk until well mixed
  7. Add rolled oats and chopped peanuts
  8. Form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet (makes about 10)
  9. Slightly flatten using a spoon or your hand
  10. Put in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or until instructions
  11. Store in fridge in an airtight container
