Bigger By The Day is in full effect! Although Rich weighs in and seems to be hitting a plateau, we aren't worried that he will be able to bust through it. This episode has some of the most hardcore workouts of the series. Author and Fitness Youtube Celebrity Denis Semenikhin (@denissemenikhin) makes an appearance twice!
