Week 8:
We are at 9 meals. That's fuckin' insane and it's fucking hard. I'm literally eating like every hour and a half. I'm wondering how many people are following along and are at 9 meals a day. Here's a tip. Make a real food shake, and I'm not just talking about my product, put it in the fridge and when you wake up in the middle of the night, down that motherfucker.
Either way make sure you have the "do more than enough" mentality rather than wondering if you did enough.
As we said in the trailer for Episode 8. Rich is trying to bust through a plateau and blasts chest, but I forgot to mention we are going to destroy triceps too. This one is just worth a watch for these insane workouts!
