What are the suggested directions for using Full As F*ck®?
Mix 1 scoop with 8-12oz. cold water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. You can also use Full As F*ck® on off days by taking one serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
What makes Full As F*ck® different from other pump formulas on the market?

While Full As F*ck® will work with any resistance-based exercise training style, it is ideal for intense workouts using medium to high volume and 70-85% 1RM for reps in the 8-12 range that include beyond failure techniques. It is also the perfect choice for lighter, pump style workouts such as the famous Rich Piana “feeder” style workouts.
Do I need to cycle Full As F*ck®?
Full As F*ck® does not need to be cycled. While you can use Full As F*ck® on off days, you will experience the best results if you use it before your workout.
