What are the suggested directions for using Full AF?
Mix 1 scoop with 8-12oz. cold water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. You can also use Full AF on off days by taking one serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
What makes Full AF different from other pump formulas on the market?
Full AF is an advanced combination of fully disclosed, effectively dosed ingredients that work synergistically to create both nitric oxide and water-based pumps. With that in mind, what is the optimal training style for people taking Full AF?
While Full AF will work with any resistance-based exercise training style, it is ideal for intense workouts using medium to high volume and 70-85% 1RM for reps in the 8-12 range that include beyond failure techniques. It is also the perfect choice for lighter, pump style workouts such as the famous Rich Piana “feeder” style workouts.
Do I need to cycle Full AF?
Full AF does not need to be cycled. While you can use Full AF on off days, you will experience the best results if you use it before your workout.
