INGREDIENT BREAKDOWN

While not directly involved in hydration, vitamin C is an antioxidant and immune system booster. Vitamin C also supports healthy bones, cartilage, skin, and teeth.(1)
In general, the water-soluble B vitamins help convert food into energy and help the body cope with stress. Regarding hydration, the B vitamins help the body derail fatigue caused by dehydration. Individually, B2 is involved in energy production and cellular function.(2)
Like B2, B6 helps the body fight fatigue caused by dehydration. As an individual vitamin, B6 supports cognitive function.(3)
This is another B vitamin that helps offset dehydration-related fatigue.
