Here’s my advice to everyone out there - throw the whey protein powder in the garbage. Throw the weight gainer in the garbage and focus on eating real food. People are misled these days into believing that whey protein powder is the way to go. Or that weight gainers are the way to go. Weight gainers are loaded with maltodextrin and sugar. That's not the best thing to put in your body. If you're getting ready for a contest, that stuff is not going to help you. If you want to get big and look good, that's not the way to do it.

5% Nutrition, does not have whey protein powder. We don’t have a weight gainer. Why? Because I want to give people the best. That’s a protein powder that uses real food protein sources - Shake Time. Real Carbs + Protein uses real food for both carb and protein sources. That’s how it should be. Use a powder that has real beef, chicken, and eggs for protein. Not whey, or whatever. Use a product like Real Carbs + Protein with brown rice, oats, and sweet potatoes for carb sources.

Where’s the protein come from? Not whey!

How’s beef, chicken, whole eggs, and chickpeas sound? It sounds like real food, doesn’t it? The whole thing sounds like classic foods all bodybuilders eat or should be. 

Never mind weight gainers. Eat enough real food and it won’t be a problem. Eat real food with a powder like Real Carbs + Protein that has real food ingredients. I think everyone knows what I'm saying is the truth. Every bodybuilder out there should be in the kitchen prepping their meals and mixing up their Shake Time or Real Carbs + Protein. Sorry, but I got to be honest, I have to tell people the truth.

Most people don’t follow through on their dreams. Not the 5%ers. They’re the only people in the world willing to do whatever it takes to reach their goals. You know you need to eat 6-10 meals a day. You need to eat like crazy if you want to get big. I'm here to tell you food is always number one. It will always be food first, then my supplements second.
