Working Out At Home Rich Piana Style: Arm Feeders

Working Out At Home Rich Piana Style: Arm Feeders

“THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST TIP I'VE EVER FUCKING GIVEN -- FEEDER WORKOUTS. GODDAMN FUCKING FEEDER WORKOUTS.”

I want you to go buy or go grab a pair of 15-pound dumbbells. Every night before you go to bed, here’s what I want you to do. You’re going to do 100 reps of skull crushers. Do them to the sides of the head, laying on the floor. 100 reps straight, bam, bam, bam. No squeezing, no pausing, no resting. You can rest when it’s over. You’re not done. Then you're going to sit up on your knees. You're going to do hammer curls, 60 reps, nonstop pumping, bam, bam, bam. No rest, no squeeze, just pound them out.

You’re going to do 3 total sets of skull crushers and 3 sets of hammer curls. All as a super set. Do the whole thing, and no rest until you’re all done. Your arms are going to hurt like you won’t believe! They’ll be throbbing like a mother! Then go find your best mirror and pose! You will be stunned at how amazing your arms look! Talk about veins, and size! You’ll blow your own mind! Now, before you jump into bed, don’t eat anything else. Just get some sleep!

“YOU GOT TO FUCKING TRY THIS SHIT. DON'T WASTE MY FUCKING TIME IF YOU'RE GOING TO WATCH THIS VIDEO AND NOT TRY THIS SHIT. I GUARANTEE THE RESULTS ARE INSANE.”
