All Day You May | Mix one scoop with 12-16 ounces of cold water. Consume first thing in the morning, in between meals, right before your workout, during your workout, or as part of your post-workout shake.
Kill It Reloaded | Determine tolerance by mixing 12/w serving in 8-10 ounces of cold water 30 minutes before your workout. Once tolerance has been determined, you can go up to 1 scoop. Do not take it within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed more than one serving within 24 hours.
Full As F*ck | Mix 1 scoop with 8-12oz. cold water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. You can also use Full As F*ck® on off days by taking a serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
