The More You Put In, The More You Get Out

“THE MORE YOU PUT IN, THE MORE YOU GET OUT.”

There’s one thing I can’t stress enough. Hard work pays off. Don’t argue about it. Just try it. Test it out on yourself. You have to learn to think for yourself. Don’t read some junk about over-training and then think that’s the immovable truth. Test it out and see for yourself. It’s not about what you’re taking. It’s not about what I’m using. That has nothing to do with it. Are you natty and think you can’t do it? Then you’d better make sure you’re eating real food meals. You better make sure you’ve got some supps to help you out. Stuff like Full As F*ck, Mentality, Crea-TEN, All Day You May, and Real Carbs. Hell, add in some more stuff if it makes you feel better. If that’s what it takes to help you pound through a 3 hour chest workout.

“THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT OF NUTRITION AND SUPPS ANYWAY, RIGHT? TO GIVE YOUR BODY WHAT IT NEEDS TO TRAIN YOUR HARDEST.”

The bottom line is this: the more you put into anything, whether it’s your workout or your business, the more you'll get out of it. The longer you train, the more whole food you eat, the more you stick with your 5% supp program, the more you sleep, the better results you will get. Think of it like this. I'm eating 12 good meals a day, training 3 hours a day, taking all the supps I believe can help me, and I'm sleeping 10 hours a night. I'm going to get better results doing these things than the guy that's training an hour a day, eating 6 times a day, only taking a few supps, and sleeping only 6 or 7 hours a night. It’s not even a contest.

“IT DOESN’T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO LOGICALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE MORE YOU PUT IN, THE MORE YOU GET OUT. STOP MAKING FUCKING EXCUSES. GET OUT THERE AND DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO REACH YOUR GOALS.”
